Paraíso is the “poster child” of a project I started in 2016. I worked with a Brazilian government agency, Brazilian Federal University researchers, and with a private reputable coffee research firm to find the best coffee varietals considering quality to be my priority. Initially I chose seven different varietals, all known to have amazing cup scores. Today I don’t hesitate to share that Paraíso is the winner and is my favorite. I call it my “Brazilian Geisha”. Enjoy these refined, complex, fruity and sweet beans while they last. We only have a nano lot and it will sell out quickly.
